Our Core Services

Custom Septic System Design
Our designs are fully tailored to your property. We consider slope, soil permeability, water table depth, and other critical factors to develop a safe, efficient, and long-lasting septic system design. Each plan is built for compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Soil & Percolation Testing
Accurate percolation and soil testing are the foundation of effective septic system design. We analyze your soil’s absorption capacity to determine the appropriate drainfield type and size. Reliable data means better designs and fewer construction delays. This is provided part of the larger service package.

Precise Septic Tank Design
We provide detailed septic tank design plans that streamline the installation process and meet both current code and future usage needs. Whether you need a conventional system or engineered Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU), our approach ensures proper tank sizing, placement, and flow direction.

Our Process: From Soil to Sign-Off
Land Perc’s mission is to educate the builder on their options with onsite products, to minimize unnecessary excavations and deliver to them the best design to meet their needs.

1. Site Evaluation & Soil Testing
We begin with a site visit to conduct detailed soil percolation testing and to locate wells, septic, and surface water bodies within 75’ of property lines. This step is essential for creating an accurate and legal septic system design.

2. Custom Septic System Design & Tank Planning
Using your site data, we create a customized plan that outlines the full septic system design, including specific septic tank design details such as capacity, material, and placement.

3. Permitting through both DEP & Health Department Portals
We prepare all required documents in a full design packet for you to submit to the regulatory department for approval. Our team handles follow-up and revisions if needed to get your plan approved as quickly as possible.

4. Final Coordination & Inspection Readiness
Once your permits are in hand, we will continue supporting your build with technical guidance during installation. We ensure your septic system design is properly executed and ready for final inspection.
