Need a Septic Inspection? We Can Help!
Along with septic designs and permitting, we offer inspections through our sister company, Land Perc Inspections. We provide two types of inspections for installed septic systems.

Initial/Construction Inspection:
This inspection happens after the septic system is installed. We check that the system is the right size and meets all state (Chapter 62-6, Florida Administrative Code) and local requirements. We inspect all systems — even if they weren’t designed by Land Perc.
Turnaround time: 1–3 business days

Final Inspection:
This inspection is needed to get your Certificate of Occupancy (CO). We check the final details like cover, slopes, shoulders, stabilization, and any setbacks not measured during the first inspection.
Turnaround time: 24 hours
